Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mo-Sa), after payment for your order has been received. If available tracking information will be provided. Orders are shipped in a discreet way with no outside markings regarding the contents of the shipment. 

Delivery time within Germany should be 1-3 business days and for other EU countries up to 10 business days. (Republic of Cyprus can take 12-26 days) Please be aware that aforementioned delivery times are an estimate by the carrier and might differ in your case. Make sure to provide a correct delivery address. We do reship lost orders free of charge to the customer, except when an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
