Payment
While completing your order you will be able to choose your preferred cryptocurreny for payment. You will be provided with the payment details needed to facilitate the transaction. If you need further help check out our crypto guide or contact us.
We would love to offer other payment options, but the legal situation is forcing us not to.
Paying with cryptocurrencies might seem daunting at first, in reality it is quite easy and secure.
Right now we accept the following cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Litecoin (LTC)
Monero (XMR)
In case your preferred cyptocurrency is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us.
Crypto transactions need a certain amount of confirmations in order to be finalized. This can take some time.
There is a 12h time limit set to facilitate payment. If you need longer your order will be cancelled by the system automatically. But don’t worry, you can still pay to the provided address. To make sure we don’t miss your transaction we kindly ask to send us a mail when you’re done with the transfer.
We never put all of our stock online, so even in case your order got cancelled and someone else ordered and paid in the meantime, there will be enough for everyone.

Orders are packaged in a discreet and secure way with no outside markings referring to the content. Please be aware that we are not able to disclose further packaging details.
Please check the provided tracking information for the current status provided by the carrier.
In case you were not able to accept the order, there will be another delivery attempt or you will be asked to pick up your order at the next collection point.
In case of damage contact us. If the damage was not caused by the customer, we will reship the order free of charge.
Delivery to these services is not possible. Please provide a “normal” address. If this is a problem for you contact us and we will find a solution.
Data storage
Order data is automatically erased within 14 days after completing an order.
